Lisa started her sole practice after decades of experience in larger and midsize law firms.  She is a seasoned business and real estate lawyer with decades of experience representing small and large businesses. Lisa is well versed in financing and capital structures, also serving on a local bank board.  She is an experienced estate planning lawyer handling probate, wills, trusts, Medicaid planning, special needs planning, and succession of businesses and farms.  Lisa understands the intricacies of nonprofit law and in addition to her practice of law, Lisa operates the Tough2gether Foundation fighting childhood cancer.
