Welcome Manhattan, a newly revamped salon, nestled conveniently off of highway 24! Created by a liscensed cosmetology instructor, with a background in the beauty industry since 2007. While teaching individuals with such talent, Krystal sought for a safe place to build the futures of our cosmetology generation.
