Description
This educational workshop is a great opportunity to learn how to increase awareness and engagement with the LGBTQ community. Topics will include LGBTQ perceptions/preferences, how businesses can let customers know they are a safe, welcoming place and insights on how businesses can enhance their workplace environment to improve talent attraction/retention. The workshop facilitator will be Adam Carr, MBA, a former K-State employee and Manhattan resident.
