Candidate Forums

Description

In advance of this year’s election, in partnership with the Manhattan chapter of the League of Women Voters, the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce and Manhattan NAACP will host a pair of candidate forums. 

The candidates seeking to serve in the Kansas House of Representatives will be invited to appear from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Saturday, October 5, while the candidates  seeking election to the Kansas Senate, will be invited to share their views in a separate forum, from Noon to 1:30 p.m., on the same day, Saturday, October 5. Both forums will be held in the auditorium of the Manhattan Public Library.
