Join us in Spring 2026 for an inspiring and energizing Inter Region Visit as we explore two of the Southeast’s most dynamic economic ecosystems: Clemson University and Greenville, South Carolina.

This immersive experience offers Chamber members, business leaders, and community partners the chance to gain new ideas, strengthen regional relationships, and bring home fresh strategies to enhance growth in the Manhattan area.

Trip Overview

Day 1 – Arrival in Greenville

Participants will arrive independently in Greenville, SC, a vibrant and fast-growing city known for its walkable downtown, entrepreneurial energy, and nationally recognized economic development success. We’ll gather that evening for a casual welcome and orientation. 

Day 2 – Clemson University

Spend the day on the campus of Clemson University, one of the nation’s leading research institutions. Our agenda will include conversations with campus leaders, talent development experts, and economic engagement teams—offering insights into innovative partnerships between higher education, industry, and community leadership.

Day 3 – Greenville Immersion

We’ll spend the final day engaging with civic, business, and community leaders in Greenville. Through site visits, presentations, and discussions, we will explore how Greenville has approached downtown redevelopment, talent attraction, quality-of-life amenities, and long-term regional planning.
