Breakfast When: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM Where: American Legion Cost: Free for veterans, $5 for all others Parade When: 9:30 AM Where: Grandstand in front of City Hall Ceremony When: 11:30 AM Where: Peace Memorial Auditorium Featuring Guest Speaker: Mike Riley, Captain, USMC (Ret)
