The Kansas Foodpreneur Bootcamp is a 6-week online learning program specifically designed for restaurant and food truck owners. If you are interested in starting a food business or have been in business for less than a year and a half this digital program will teach you the 'need to knows' of launching a restaurant or food truck business with success. The program includes 8 digital foodpreneur specific learning modules with flexibility to learn on your own time, 6 weekly zoom meetings with ORA coaches, business implementation tasks, and accountability to achieve the goals you set at the beginning of the program. COURSE CONTENT: Ownership Mindset Licenses, Business Plan & Leases Food Cost, Labor Cost & Quickbooks 101 Menu Design & Management Restaurant Marketing & Social Media Company culture, team management & operations Exceptional Guest Experience Additional Locations & Revenue DATES: The program will begin October 1, 2025 (orientation) and conclude on Nov 12, 2025. Weekly Zoom meetings are on Wednesdays at 12noon, OR on Thursdays at 11:00am (you choose the day/time that works best for you). The deadline to register is Sept 26, 2025. FEE: Registration fee for participants is $99. Early bird pricing is $75 if registered before September 1, 2025. This program has a $300 value.
