The Dual Career Support Program is a program of the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Kansas State University, aimed to help make career opportunities and resources accessible to transitioning spouses, partners, or family members of newly hired employees in the Manhattan community.

Employers can opt into the Dual Career Support Program as a potential hiring entity and will agree to provide a priority review to the forms submitted on the online portal. The information submitted will be sent in a report to participating employers weekly. We ask that employers are prompt in reviewing the reports and review at minimum of once a week. The reports will contain important job seeker information like contact information, job seeker background, type of employment desired, and the desired industry to be employed with.
