HYPE Members - 

We are thrilled to announce a major leadership opportunity within the Hype Organization. As you know, Hype has the honor of hosting the 2026 Kansas YP Summit, and we are now accepting applications to form the core Executive Committee and supporting Subcommittees. This is your chance to step into a high-visibility, high-impact role that will touch lives of YPs across the entire state.

Commitment:
One-year term (December 2025 – November 2026).

Roles:

Subcommittee Chair: Leads/recruits members, manages tasks, and attends monthly executive meetings.

Subcommittee Member: Supports the Chair and attends regular subcommittee meetings (usually monthly).

Available Subcommittees:

Program & Content: Agenda planning, speakers, and sessions

Marketing & Communications: Promotion, social media, and participant communication

Sponsorship & Fundraising: Sponsor outreach, donations, partnerships

Volunteer & Social Coordination: Volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling

Technology & AV: Tech setup, live streaming, virtual platform support

Evaluation & Feedback: Surveys, testimonials, post-event reporting

Finance & Budget: Budget management and financial tracking
