Looking for career insights, tips, and real talk from experienced professionals—all in under an hour? Join us for a fast-paced, high-impact Group Mentoring Round Table event! You’ll rotate through six 8-minute mini-sessions, each led by a different facilitator who will share personal experiences and guide focused conversations around key topics such as:

  • Knowing when it’s time to leave a good job
  • Advocating for yourself and learning to say no
  • Building resilience after setbacks and tough moments
  • Developing skills, habits, and mindsets to stay ahead in your field
  • Tackling imposter syndrome and staying grounded in your strengths
  • Managing information wisely: avoiding overload and knowledge gaps

It’s a unique opportunity to gain fresh perspectives, connect with others, and walk away with actionable insights.

*This event is offered as part of the MHK Summer Intern Program, a summer-long program to unite and engage Manhattan area interns with area professionals, and showcase the the amazing things to do and see in the Manhattan community.*
